6. Non-English-Speaking Customers
Materials provided on the Site, including forms and instructions, are available in English only. Any translations are provided for convenience. In case of ambiguity or conflict, the English version will control.
7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold US Corporate Filing LLC harmless from any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services. Orders abandoned for over 60 days will be deemed canceled, and liquidated damages equal to the amount paid will be applied to cover our time and resources.
12. Exchanges
You may request an exchange of one product for another within 60 days of your purchase. The purchase price of the original product, less any filing fees, taxes, or third-party costs, will be credited to your account or original form of payment.
13. Suspended Accounts
If US Corporate Filing LLC suspects unauthorized activity in your account, we may suspend or permanently disable your account. During the suspension, we may also decline to file any documents related to your account.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement

If you opt for an installment payment plan, you authorize US Corporate Filing LLC to charge your credit card in multiple installments. Failure to make payments may result in collections or restrictions on future services.
17. Trademark and Copyright Services
By placing an order for trademark or copyright services, you authorize US Corporate Filing LLC to file your application with the relevant government authority. You are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials for the application.
18. Filing Fees
Government filing fees, including trademark fees, are non-refundable and vary depending on the type of filing. We will communicate any additional fees required during the filing process.
19. Force Majeure
US Corporate Filing LLC will not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or government actions.
20. Right to Refuse Service
US Corporate Filing LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.
